Not sure where this morning's amps came from unless it is a bounce off that beautiful blue preshot last night. Or it could be just that whole new dose wonkyness. I've been trying to test her that much right now until I know she is strictly on the Levemir and doesn't have any carry-over from the Lantus.
I have to say even with this little hiccup this morning I am still really pleased with her response to the Levemir over the path we were on with the Lantus. At least so far her curves have been way more gentle and flat which is going to help greatly here in a week or so when I re-evaluate her dose. Also should help a lot after her dental too, to figure out what her new insulin requirements are going to be once her teeth are no longer a factor.
