Well he surfed alright, in the 300's.

Rats. 1.25u with FF food. Guess another cycle then increase by .25.
 
I hope so, I hate to think what this is doing to his metabolism.

We had a flat tire coming from the store today, bummer. Now I have to figure out how to get that fixed after we see the doctor in the morning about out caboose. :roll:

I do not know how some of you do this. I am a mutli-tasking maniac but when it involves the furkids it adds a little extra stress to the equation.
 
I hear you on the multi-tasking...i deal with mine by inventing extra personalities.. :lol:

he'll get there...and when he does, you'll be amazed at how much easier it gets! (and very rewarding)
 
The first weeks are really tough -- especially with the anxiety about the high numbers, which I think everyone goes through.

When you've got some free time -- :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: -- open some of the spreadsheets of kitties who are doing well. It will make you feel a lot better. My Kitty was red and pink for what seemed like an eternity -- and that was after four months of no testing, when he was a sick boy. He's doing great now. :mrgreen:
 
I have a free feed gang, but as for Buddy I wanted to know about the food before test routine. What has been the best routine you have done before a shot? Do you feed two hours before or more, less? I always thought it was best for Buddy to feed 2 hours before a shot, do you think or should be more or less since his numbers tend to hang around the pinks of late? It's just a thought here and I wanted to see if it would make a difference or not on his pre-shot check numbers and show maybe something different on his checks before each shot. Since Buddy may eat just before I get home at night I was wondering if maybe there might be a pattern difference? Example; he decides to finish off what is left in the bowl a hour before I got home. Would it really throw the pre-shot reading off much?

Also, the internet and phone company gave me a break on the fees, Yay! I may go another week or so and catch up..maybe!
