Breakfast was inhaled. Gabby is lying draped around one of her scratching posts staring at Gizmo who's playing with a spring. No fist-to-cuffs this morning but the day is still young!

Sienne, you are way more advanced then I am and know so much more than I do but

So after this cycle, I'm guessing Gabby spent a fair part of last night in the blues and surfed in the yellows today. Numbers could go in any direction tonight!

tell Gabby that flat yellow cycles are supposed to lead to HIGH numbers, then she'll do the opposite of what you told her so she'll go down. She's a tortie, reverse psychology might be just the ticket.
