Here we go again, really low numbers at night. I just tested him 10 minutes ago and he was 53. And he just ate very heartily LC food.
I guess bedtime will have to wait and I wii test him in 45 minutes . I hate to give him Karo or HC food, but maybe I should?
He is running around having fun so he is not hypo at this point

Do you have mc, medium carb or a higher carb lc?

I do, but I just tested him and he is up to 81 without giving him HC or MC food

he appears to be in the upward spiral now, as he is up to 81. I have noticed that his BG starts to increase at the 6 or 7 hour.
I do have MC and HC food and Karo…. But I am trying to not overreact and give him food too soon, which the messes up his numbers for a few days

I have been trying not to panic and pull out the higher carbs too.

It is nice that Mikey is coming up on his own.

How do you judge when to reduce? Still a tad confused on this?

With SLGS, a drop below 90 is a reduction.
