Our prayers continue for Serryn, Rob, and Rob's family...such a tragedy...as well as Sid, Rocket, Scooter, Morgaine, and all the LL newbies and all the associated beans!

Now these are starting to look more like Trixie Numbers. Maybe it was the insulin after all...we shall see!

I feel like I'm just about ready to completely rejoin the land of the living, but I'm going to make an effort to not push myself too much today. Just the fact that I want to get moving is a positive sign! I'm not working today, so I have to try and take advantage of being able to get just a little more extra rest. I hate being sick!

Amy...sorry to hear you still have been so sick!!! I've been meaning to check back in on you...thought you might be better by now but I know that stuff holds on with a vengeance. Sending you mega healing vines...hope your day of rest today will really help you and that the entire crew gives you the day off. Hugs!!

"Kick the ick" :-D :-D I second that one! Ugh, I don't like being sick either. About 5 years ago, I started washing my hands frequently and thoroughly and not touching any door handles or my face, especially when at school. It seemed to help quite a bit. (anti-jinx). Hope you're feeling completely back to normal soon, Amy. Follow Trixie's lead - she's definitely getting back to normal. :mrgreen:

Maybe it was the old pen as these are more like Trixie numbers. Hope you feel better soon, Amy and can rest today.

Amy I somehow missed you being sick, was it the flu/cold thing. Its in our area, my DH and I both had something, and DH had to stay home from work last week, and he never, ever, takes off. I think its pretty much over in our house, till my son comes home from college, he always brings us a present, with all those kids walking around…

Glad to see Trixie in the green :mrgreen: :mrgreen: Also great that the new pen is working for Trixie. Keeping my fingers and paws crossed for Daphne, and I do think the new pen was bad (new from my uncle, who is 88, maybe he forgot and left it in his car or something, at 88 who knows what you remember, and do, and don't remember you did,... he meant well. :lol: I used my old one for two cycles now.

Hope you are feeling much better today, cold day to help clean the germs, but sunny :-D
 
...and we're right back into non-Trixie numbers. I don't think it was the old pen, and with hardly any green in sight, I'm planning on raising her dose tomorrow evening. Since she has had some green, I'll probably go with a "fat" raise, as opposed to a full .25U raise.

Yeah, Barb...I've had something the past week. It was literally the first time I've been sick in 4 years. I missed 2 full days of work, and part of yesterday, too. More than anything, I just could not get enough sleep. Today is the first day I really feel like my old self again.

Tomorrow is supposed to hit 61 again - yay!
