Yesterday's condo
Well, my kitties made up for letting me sleep in until the alarm yesterday. They woke me up at 3 am this morning, and even my little one, Crystal got into the action. Technically it was only an hour early, instead of 2 hours early, because I went to bed early last night, but still I was not very happy about it. I did finally get out of bed at 4:00 am and move to the couch because they were not letting up and I didn't want daddy bean to get woken up too. Even after getting settled on the couch I had to get up 3 or 4 times to scold them. I never got back to sleep but they did finally settle down. I need to find a way to keep them from waking me up early. I don't mind if they are right there to encourage me out of bed at the normal time, but this is ridiculous.
Sami was patiently waiting for me in the kitchen for her test. She is such a good girl. Not so polite with the other kitties though. If she wants what is in their bowl she gives them a swat on the head to let them know it is her turn. Most of the time they just move to the unoccupied bowl and let her have it. She is the queen around here even though she was the last to join the pack.
Anyway, Sami actually came and laid down with me this morning during all the commotion. She gets very little one on one time with me because her sister Crystal thinks that she should also get attention anytime anyone else is getting it. So her cuddle time was limited.
Hope everyone has a wonderful Friday. I have the day off, so I will be knitting and watching movies all day, and maybe catching up on my sleep.
