Thanks to everyone for your valuable input!

Thankfully, the specialist we consulted last year has taken interest in Mim's present difficulty - so far via email and no $$ :mrgreen: . She asked a bunch of questions and has speculated about the possibility of hypoglycemia as a cause. I have just sent her a link to Mim's s/s, so I'll be interested to see if hypo is still her thinking or something else (perhaps along the lines of what Jess / Jojo suggested).

FYI I am now weighing insulin, hence current dose of 0.6U.

Will update when I have more news, thanks again.
