Good morning Lantus Land and Happy Sunday and I know it's impossible to believe I am up this early and posting :-D No btb today...trying to turn over a new leaf :lol:

Our prayers go out to Serryn today and Rob's daughters....our deepest condolences on this tragedy. Also sending healing thoughts to Sid, Scooter, and Rocket.

Well our little cheeky baby continues to bounce but hoping this will clear soon. I'll hold through tonight to see what happens. She and her brother love Sundays when we change the sheets....they've been back there tussling around in them. I've thrown everyone's schedule off by not going btb :shock: :o :? :? they say!! I keep hearing them run through the house and out on the catio. I'm so happy they have each other.

Forgot to mention yesterday that I came home to find a juvenile bobcat sunning himself in our frontyard. He made no attempt to run as I drove past him and stopped to admire how beautiful he is.

Leaving you today with the promised video of Tobey and Gus and the ipad. It's not a flattering angle of Tobey's bottom :lol: ...he's not THAT chubby but the angle makes it seem so. I'm also leaving a video of him bathing....it's just too adorable. I hope they bring smiles to your faces!! Hugs to all and have a great Sunday.

Aww, your guys are so sweet! Gus is funny, trying not to move his head but his tail is sure twitching. :lol: :lol: And Tobey, you are very handsome. Gracie, let's break this bounce today, cuz otherwize your bean is going to get twitchy with the syringe and you know what that means. Have a good one, Marje!

Good Morning, Marje. How lucky you are (right?), to get to see a bobcat close up. Jim (late hubby) used to say he heard them in the woods, when he walked the dog, very early. I never did, so kind of disbelieved him.
But then, he told me about the pileated woodpeckers in the woods, and I was skeptical 'til I heard for myself. Very strange sound. When they actually came into my yard to pick apart tree stumps, and my feeder, that's when I wrote to local naturalist, in the paper...and sent pics to prove it. :-D

Ohhhhhhh, the videos :lol: How adorable Tobey is!! Gus is gorgeous too. I hear birds in the background....pets or outdoors?

Barb....that is VERY neat about the bobcat and pileated woodpecker...gorgeous!!! Those aren't birds in the background....the mouse on the ipad makes all that noise and when the cats whack it, it "eeks" which sounds more like "cheep" from a bird :lol: :lol:

Liz: howdy girl!!! yes...Gus...man of calm demeanor. He actually had already had his turn but I didn't get it on video.

Wow on the bobcat! We have them here, too, but I've never seen one.
Tobey, you are a great iPad mouser!! Too bad they don't have a cimmamum cookie app! (But then you can always visit your Auntie Ellabean for cimmamum cookies, and she's much better than any old app!)
Gus looks like he knows the game and why not let Tobey get his exercise.

Now, Gracie, it's your turn to get back down into those blues and greens that we all love so much.

Marje, I know the louder cheeps are the mousie, I just thought I heard birds way in the background.
When my son was in high school, a secretary told me once, she knew it was me, before I opened my mouth, 'cause she heard my blrds in the background.....big mouth critters :lol:

Aww...what cute videos, and I so love Gus taking it all in - he has the folded ears, how cute! Tobes is a riot, and his back end isn't any larger than Mags. :lol: Love seeing Tobes wash his cute face.

Thanks for the video. Tess was sleeping in my lap and as soon as I started the video, she heard the mouse and started to look for it on the laptop screen, then looked behind the puter for the mouse. Tess swats at the mouse a couple of times, then starts digging under the ipad for the mouse. :lol: We have to film that some time. Lets hope both our girls come down today. :mrgreen: ~ John

That is so funny, I was waiting for the video, to show DH, I told him about it…maybe he'll buy me one for some reason (don't have any birthdays, or anything special), but I have been working hard for Daphne, that should get me something, not sure I would deserve such an expensive gift, but one can hope :-D

I do hope Gracie comes down for you today. And thanks for your advice today on my condo, Daphne is still up there. :-|

aw, too cute! i love how tobey is such a successful hunter! "i'ma gonna stand on this mouse!" :lol: i'd forgotten how he likes to move his paw along with the bathing. i'd seen that on an earlier video - it's too funny. his head AND his paw both move!

and gus wins the Mellow Man award. ;-)

The videos are wonderful. I can't believe how interested they are in the Ipad screen. And Tobey's rear end doesn't look that chubby. I love how he is just surrounded by all his kitty accessories in the bathing video.

Miss Gracie is certainly working the dose at the +8!
