Hi everybody. Well Tori got home today around 3PM and I think she is really glad to be home. She spent the first half hour walking all over the house making sure that everything and everyone were where they should be. She looks really good today. Her temp is down to normal and she looks really bright. According to the vet she has been eating well. At home here she has been nibbling little bits at a time. I'm keeping her on the 1unit for now and will see how it goes.I'm not going to give fluids tonight because she had the IV all day. We'll see how she feels tomorrow. She has been sent home on Pepcid, Metacop, Baytril, Flagyl, Prednisolone 2mg and Mirtazapine. All in all to look at her you would never in the world would think that she had been so sick just 48 hours ago. She really amazes me.
As for me I am still reeling from the news about Daniel from the nephrologist yesterday. The thought of him having to deal with lifelong kidney disease on top of everything else that this horrible syndrome hands him is devastating to me. He's dealing with it all much better than I am. I'm going to bed early tonight I think. I'm exhausted.
My prayers go out to all our kitties and their Beans who are ailing. Thank you all again for all the support you folks have shown us this week. I couldn't have gotten through it without you.
