Nice Sunday everyone! Got a blue AMPS today which was nice to see

Tomorrow I'll have to go back to the office after two weeks of working from home and it scares me a bit as I haven't left her alone for that long since she's first gotten a green number.

With tests stacked in the cell, what color should I keep the cell? Lime makes more sense to me.

With TR, we don't take back to back reductions unless the BG is under 40. The higher depot can influence 4-6cycles.

Is the 49 at +3 or +4? Did you feed after the test?

Sorry, it's +3. Yes, I gave her a teaspoon of HC after both +2 and +3 tests.

That's pretty flat with HC at +2 and +3. A little more HC and test at +5.

What % is your HC?

I believe it should be around 27-28% but I might have it all wrong. I use the Gourmet Gold Chunks in Gravy mentioned in this post. I've run it through a calculator multiple times and it shows 28.69%. I've had quite a hard time finding anything HC where I live but maybe I'm just reading the numbers wrong.

Oh I hope you didn't think I was criticizing. I was asking so that you could note it in the future. One of the goals with testing, aside from keeping kitty safe, is to figure out how carb sensitive s/he is. Some cats are more carb sensitive than others. When gathering data, it's one of the many things to look for.
Stela is pretty flat so that's good. She's in safe BG numbers and I'm sure she's loving the extra gravy

Noo, you're a godsend! It's more about doubting my understanding of things as it seems to have helped raising her BG before and now it won't move the numbers a bit. I can definitely make a note of the % in her SS.

I'm 100% sure she's enjoying these sleepless nights with all the extra food way too much

Depending on where she is at AMPS, you could leave some MC/HC for her in the AF at +2 and +3 just to be extra safe while the previous depot is still in the picture. How soon after the shot do you leave for work?

I leave at around +1. I plan to give her a tsp of LC and I already set the AF for +2, +3 with MC! I also put some food in there for later.
