WCR: well looks like the green numbers slowed down this morning ... still not complaining, though this blue does look like an eyesore now! I'm hoping she continues to come down today or surfs around this number and that all her hard work isn't ending.

OT - My uncle passed away this morning. He was diagnosed with brain cancer just a few short weeks ago .. He leaves behind his wife and four boys, from ages 23 to a soon to be 5 week old ..

Mocha looks great, don't let that 104 fool you. It's hardly blue, in fact, from here, it has sort of a teal shade to it... :mrgreen:

That blue is really a green. We need to change the numbers. Anything under 105 should be green right?

(((Devon))) I'm so sorry. I hope you were able to spend a bit of time with your uncle -- I know you kept trying to get there. My condolences to you and your family.

Mocha is still looking great. Hopefully, that's a comfort at this sad time.

:YMHUG: I'm sorry to hear about your uncle, Devon... prayers of peace & comfort during this time of loss for you & your entire family, I do too hope you got to see him & spend some time.

Mocha :thumbup isn't it funny how once your spoiled with greens, blues can be :YMSIGH: , take comfort.. they are all healing/healthy #s & Mocha is doing remarkably well, regardless of how this plays out - she is happy, healthy & healing.

I'm so sorry and saddened for you that your Uncle passed away as I know you've mentioned him here and visited when you could do so. Prayers for you and family.
It's still a good AMPS for Mocha even a blue.

Not been posting lately but still here, still visiting and reading. So very sorry about your Uncle that is so very sad, new baby and all. Condolences to you and your family.
Mocha seems to be doing a lot better and I agree, I would call a 104 a green too. (Well wiithin meter tolerance !!!) Keep it up, Mocha!!!!!

Thank you everyone, for the kind words ... it was a quick 5 weeks since he was diagnosed and I am grateful for the chances I got to go see him .. he had a special bond with every single one of his nieces and nephews and loved his boys more then words can describe ..

I was getting kinda worried about mocha .. starting out blue and then blue right before I left to go help my mom .. She unfortunately did not get her +3 snack like normal because I was gone so I'm not sure if she is green now because of that, or if she would of been green anyways .. hard to say ..

I will bump your condo too, I would give a snack to that since it is not within 2 hours of shot time, more than likely if you give a snack her PM # will be low if she has a working pancreas & we know she does :mrgreen: wait for others to chime in though.. because I am only saying what I would do for Baby

well I got mochas food all ready for her to eat and then I tested her to see she came up just a bit to a nice 60 so I didn't feed her. However .. she knew I had food ready for her and now she is following me around the house like a lost soul ... poor baby! Mean momma!

I'm so sorry about your uncle, Devon. My condolences to your/his family....it must be very difficult. :sad:

When Tinkles is in the 50s late in the cycle like that, I usually give him a tiny snack, just 1/2 tsp or so. It's the only time I feed after mid cycle. I don't think you could go wrong either way in this case...she came up, so no need for it now.

So sorry for the loss of your uncle, Devon, but I am glad you were able to spend some time with him. Thoughts and prayers going out to you and your family as you deal with this loss.

Am glad to see Mocha giving you some nice greens to lift your spirits a little.

Devon...Mike and I send you and your family our very deepest condolences on the loss of your uncle. I am glad you got to spend time with him in the last few weeks.
