Morning L&L,
I thought I heard something outside so I got up saw nothing and was on my way back to bed when Fritz stopped me so I thought a small treat was ok he gobbled the treat so while he was eating I took a blood sample and
had a scare darn AT read 23 I gave Fritz LC FF with honey and thought he's not showing any signs so I rechecked him and it read 126. I stayed up to check him and make sure it wasn't a 23 or anything close to that it was 172. I have no clue why it would have read a 23??????

23 would've made me faint. Glad you retested. During one of my 1.5 hour naps last night I had a dream that it took me 45 min and 8 pokes to get the next bg reading on Doodles. Then when the reading went through the meter had gotten wet and I couldn't see the number. I'm ready for a straight jacket

I'm glad it wasn't a 23. That would wake you up. Maybe there wasn't enough blood and you got a wonky result.

Can you make that two! I think the reason I didn't faint is because I was dead tired. Those dreams or that sounds like a nightmare to me can seem so real Bet you were elated to wake up from that one!

That had to be his ear was really cold and it was a small sample the meter beeped normal. I am just so THANKFUl it wasn't 23. We are two hours away from any vet.
