? 2/25 - Definitions of LC/MC/HC?

What % carbs are LC, MC, HC? I can't seem to find the definitions in the FDMB glossary/dictionary/FAQs. I thought I saw them at some point of time but can't seem to find them now.

LC is < 10% carbs
MC is 10-14%
HC is >= 15%

Is this correct?
