Good Morning, Everyone, TGIF!

Rusty had a good night and this morning a good test, shot, breakfast (Wellness Turkey) and a nap on his little bed next to the radiator. We are expecting a major winter snowstorm: a foot of new wet snow beginning this afternoon and lasting until tomorrow morning. Since we already have 4 inches of wet snow from yesterday, that will be a lot of wet snow. I hope our trees survive. Our birch trees are already bowed down to the ground and the evergreens are laden with wet snow. There has been no wind to knock it off. It looks like there might be skiing tomorrow!! With temperatures in the 30s, it may be sloppy, but it's supposed to get colder on Sunday.

Sending healing vines to Vyktor to help his mouth heal after the 7 extractions. Also sending good thoughts and healing strength to Sid, Klinger, Rocket, and all kitties who need some.

Morning guys! nice on all that snow! but I do hear you on the wet stuff and what it does to the trees etc... our big January snow sure did in alot of plants, broken limbs etc due to the snow weight. I hope you get maybe a little wind to knock some of it off... Good news though that you can go skiing! Enjoy that - I am sure you will. :-D

Nice amps Rusty - keep them coming, and remember to visit the lagoon - you are the lagoon master!

Wow on the snow and the trees situation! Does it mean you may go skiing tomorrow? I hope so if conditions permit. Rusty boy looking so great as always with his nice AMPS and greens later. Have a nice day, Ella.

Good Morning Ella. Nice morning for Rusty as usual. What a delight to see how well that boy is :-D

Yuck on the wet snow. We got a lot a couple days ago, but much melted yesterday. I don't care much for snow, but it's good for water supply, when you have wells and pond to fill.
The lack of ice on the pond this year, means it's easier for the critters to use to drink.

Hi guys .. sweet start rusty! I bet you see green in no time .. We are getting pelted with a snow storm through tonight .. it's very very wet heavy snow .. weighs a ton when shoveling! Hope you get the snow you want so you can go out skiing .. have a great weekend!

for you today! Nature somehow has a way of taking care of itself.. I hope all the trees will be fine & the snow will not be a problem!

Thanks for sending Vyktor healing vines today. He seems to be coming along nicely, certainly there is nothing wrong with his appetite! He seems to be making up for missing out since last night and has eaten almost 9 ounces of food since he got home and his bowl is empty again!

I'm glad you enjoyed the avocado mousse, it is spectacularly good isn't it :mrgreen: Sounds like such an odd recipe to have avo as dessert but I sure am glad I came across it. I have made it twice this month already and have another avo waiting to go. I have a tree full of limes at the moment and I can't think of a better use for them.

A green kitty and snow falling. Sounds like a perfect day. All it needs is the smell of baking bread in a nice warm house! Hint, hint, Edward!

I hope the skiing is great tomorrow.

Rusty had a good AMPS, but I guess you weren't expecting that 59! I hope you can go skiing tomorrow. My poor DH went one time this season, so depressing for him…he lives to ski, just wasn't a good season here on east coast! We heard Vermont wasn't much better either, so he didn't even attempt it.

Hope Rusty has a good surf for you tonight :mrgreen:

I hope you are all snug and warm and the trees will be ok...that's a lot of snow.

I got an adorable video of Tobey this morning..will try to post tomorrow...he wants his Aunt Ellabean to see how handsome and darling he is :-D

Hi again, everyone,

Rusty and I had some spectacular play time this afternoon. We played with the tinsel wand, but then he started batting his small plastic bell balls around. Wow, did he ever move! He tore around the living room like a dervish. He was having such fun all by himself. All I could do was watch and applaud!

We had a mix of rain and snow all day. I hope it doesn't turn into an ice storm. They are still predicting a foot of snow for tomorrow. We'll see. It is just at the freezing point now (8:30 P.M.) We are glad we don't have to drive anywhere tonight!

Everyone enjoy the evening and have a good start to the weekend,

Another green day! I'm very happy for you and Rusty!! We are getting snow here today and I'm very happy I don't have to drive anywhere though I MAY go get more cat food tomorrow just in case :-D
 
Looks like a bit of a bounce. Rusty is downstairs playing with his bell ball and meowing. He want's us to come down and play, but we're going to bed!

I think it's still raining outside.

Thinking about Serryn tonight and hoping she is OK.
