1.25u, he seems to be OK. Went to sleep on the back porch after realizing he is not getting any food till after shot time. But for the moment he is snoozing, guess he will smell the goodies when he is down wind.

Will do a 1.5 check then off to work.

Please see previous condo and give me some input please.

Thank you.

I'm bumping this myself so later when I get home or maybe before leaving work some of the experts here can chime in.

Thanks!

+1.5 is 344, this is along with some food during the shoot. We are off to work, please anyone that can give some ideas here after you help the more serious posts would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.

Mike and his bestist Bud

I agree with those who suggested increasing in increments of 0.25 units, when it is time to increase. He has only been on this dose for 3 cycles, though, so I would wait another 2-3 cycles before increasing. It is possible that Buddy will still see some movement on this dose.

What does your vet say about the sores? Have they ever said what they think causes them?

Maybe, you could post a picture of the sores? (((poor Buddy))). Sending healing sores vines to him.

your sores sound to me allergy related maybe from the way you describe them on the face I have a aby girl here that has this condition below and breaks out on her face the pics in the link are extreme cases of coarse most cats get a steroid shot or pred to help with this condition but then of course it could be many other things too from ringworm to just allergies only a vet can really diagnose the skin so I would take him in to have it looked at when things are better for you

It was never really nailed down. The vet believed it to be an allergy but of what type was never followed up on. We were going to start him on Atopica but wondering if its something not warranted now? We could only afford to do so much with them as I take them in. The last time was when we found out about the high BG and took him in. These sores have been coming and going for about over a year so on that note we think is allergy related. As to what we do not have a clue. We would love to get him tested but it is not in the budget. We hope no one needs an ERV run because it would be disastrous if one of my three had to go at the moment. April is over due for a follow up on her blood work but we can't, and Easton needs a follow up from his UTI some weeks back. Again the budget is just not there. Buddy's sudden surprise of being A DBF kind of blew everything apart for a while. :-|

We will wait on the next increase till after the next 3 cycles.

we had thought to try Atopica once for DL since its really just cyclosprine and I wanted to see if it would help him this was bk in 2007 when he was bald on once side from allergies he looked terrible but my vet suggested sulfur dipping which is not normal for allergies so I tried that and it stopped him from itching I was so suprised since I had only used that for when I had ringworm here once years ago anyway one thing about atopica you could ask you vet about trying it for him I have no idea how it works with FD
