Well, today was a bust for doing a curve. She stayed in the mid 200s all day due to my ineptness of giving a shot this morning.
They were ALL starving to death tonight. They finished off the wet standing food a bit early, and with her missed shot this morning, I went ahead and fed them everybody, tested Sabian, and shot 0.8u. Her PMPS was 289 and the shot was about a half-hour earlier than usual. Since the furshot and no real insulin drop today, I can't imagine the dose schedule is thrown that far off. I plan on shooting again tomorrow at 8am, then retrying for a curve.
I'm going to watch her tonight for a few hours to see where her nadir is and hopefully get a restful sleep tonight.
Here she is right after eating and getting a shot.
