Good Morning, Everyone,

Rusty has yet to clear his vetty-visit bounce. I thought today would be the day, but apparently not. And tomorrow we are leaving for a few days in NYC, so he will probably add to the bounce. Anyway, he had a good night sleeping between his beans and eating all of his nighttime food. This morning he galloped downstairs for his test, shot, and breakfast (he's eating 2nd sitting now). It's a beautiful, cold, sunny day with snow on the way for tomorrow and, especially, Sunday. We had planned to go to NYC on Sunday, but decided to leave tomorrow to beat the weather (will have to re-check later, however).

Lots to do, so I'll be back later. Wishing you all a good day and sending healing vines to all who can use some,

Hi guys .. ok rusty, time to clear that bounce .. you've got lots to do too, getting all the troops gathered up for a nice weekend away in the big city! Have a great weekend guys!

Come on down Rusty! He sounds like he is feeling good and that is all that counts. Good luck getting ready for your trip. Good idea to try and beat the weather. Have a great day Ella!!

Rusty seems reluctant to get back to work @the lagoon ;-) When someone is feeling fine
but calls in sick anyway.... you're not "malingering" are you buddy? JK :-D Clear that bounce soon :smile:

Safe travel for your trip, I hope you beat the snow! When will you hear about the test results for Rusty?

Thank you for your thoughts yesterday. Yes, the pneumonia was a release from her other problems and provided a gentle passage. it is a comforting thought, thank you again.

Hi again,
It was a busy day, but we managed to get almost everything done for the trip and also managed to get out on a short snowshoe on the trails in the Paul Smiths VIC. It was a beautiful winter day. We are hoping that tomorrow the weather won't be too terrible. Rusty is already resigned to the trip and has been sleeping away the day. He does not enjoy the trip to NYC: long (6 hours) and boring.

We were hoping to have some of Rusty's test results by today, but didn't hear from the vet. Just as well: something less to worry about until we get home!

Off to visit a few condos and then to collapse in front of the TV!

I hope the trip doesn't cause Rusty to go to high. Sending safe travel prayers for you and vines for Rusty not to get carsick.

HI Ella -

A nice recovery for Rusty today. Maybe back to the lagoon tonight? Bummer on the no test results yet, but maybe then you can have a good trip without worry.

Good job on getting all ready for the trip. Very cool too on getting in a snowshoe today too. My you have been busy!

It sounds like a very good idea to leave a day early, safer travels then. I hope you guys have a safe trip, and that Rusty travels well.

Enjoy your evening. Collapsing in front of the TV sounds like a good deal. I think I shall do the same. :-D

Glad Rusty is coming down and hope he doesn't get travel stress tomorrow.
