Mikey has been at this dose for 7 cycles. If Mikey is still very blue after 10 cycles, it will be time for a dosecrease. (Hear that Mikey -- it's a threat!!)

I agree, Sienne, but I do think part of the problem is the insulin may be getting old (3 months on this vial), and i don't want to increase, get new insulin, and have a hypo situation. But I can't afford new insulin for at least a couple more weeks, until I get a check I'm expecting then and then pay my rent, etc. I can't find a pharmacy who will split a pack of pens, and the cost of a box of 5 just isn't in the cards right now, even if I order from Canada. It sucks, but he is in healing numbers most of the time at least, and it's the best I can do right now.
