My fiance just tested Cooper's urine again just a short while after his mid day snack and it has come up brownish (low high) on the ketone chart again. This is the second time in 4 days. His last 2 test came up negative which was two days and yesterday.
What should I do with this? Should I call my vet and get them to do an actual urine test on him? He is acting normal. Eating, drinking (he never drinks a lot of water) playing, sleeping.
Also, I noticed the ketone strip box only has an "unopened" expiration date. I am still on my first box of ketone strips so they have been in use since the end of July 2021 so I don't know if that could mean anything.
