Happy Fursday and BRRRRRR!!!! Our thoughts and prayers going out to Roni and Brad, Michelle and Tony, and Lyresa and DH. Sending many healing vines to Mannie, Rusty, Ripley, Muffin, Cletus, Cleo, Noni, Emma and Tess, and any others who need them.
Missy G has been very busy this morning! We were up early for T/F/S and she was mesmerized by the snow everywhere. She insisted on eating breffis on the catio and then was highly distracted by snow falling off the trees and kersplatting. Her little head was twisting around like an owl's   Of course, Tobey, being the brave brudder who must go wherever his sissy is, came out also but had the look of it's freezing out here! are we crazy???? Of course, she is a native Canadian and he's a Southern boy. Gracie had a nice flat day yesterday. Mike and I were remarking how the cumulative nature of levemir is demonstrated in her numbers yesterday and today. Yesterday....flat mid to high blue. Today....not so much! She's been getting extra fud to bring her out of the 40s but she's not buying it right now so I wouldn't be surprised if a reduction is on the horizon.
Tobey seems to always follow Gracie around and while she doesn't initiate their contact, she seems to enjoy it. Last night we found them both laying next to each other like little sausages stretched across two chairs under the dining room table  Here is a cute little pic we took of them yesterday. You can't see it but he had his paw resting on her back.
Gracie and her Best Buddy
Snow is melting so at least we don't have to shovel it    For those of you who have never seen snow on a cactus, I took this early this morning from our living room window looking out on the front of the property (second pic) and another one looking out the back:
Rare Winter in Tucson
BTW, that weird spotty stuff on the wall in the front yard pic is my iPhone case. I have no idea how that happened   Just so you would know our wall isn't leopard spotted ;-)
Have a great day. It's Starbuck's hot chocolate for me!
