I thinkI saw somewhere last night Sue mentioning Carl and when is he coming back!
Just a thought cause I am missing him! :mrgreen:
 
Yes! I miss my beer drinkin’ buddy here! Carl we miss you terribly!!!! (but understand life happens from time to time :-D )
 
Agree. Agree. He is finding to hard to get any kind of Internet service - something about trees and the forest service not wanting them cut down. I have a chain saw...... :mrgreen:

Sunrise on Lake Thurmond. Hadn't seen sunrise over fresh water in decades.

Who in the world wouldn't be missing Carl? Call me a tree hugger, but chainsaws? I hear those trees are quite tall...possibly tall enough to land on me and Marilyn. I shudder to think of the collateral damage if such a thing were to occur. Welcome back Carl! You were sorely missed...and not a "tree" harmed in the process. Thank goodness.

we have chainsaws here, but can only use them on already dead or fallen trees. I hug trees on a daily basis, except for palmettos as that is like hugging fiberglass insulation. The magnolias are my favorites. They smell the best!

OMG, I LOVE magnolias! I wanted to plant dozens of them on my property...but I got too ill before I could accomplish it. Bummer. Please mail me some immediately...along with the planting crew.... :shock:
