Happy Monday and many healing vines to all in need today. Sorry we missed you all yesterday but it was Mike's bd/super bowl party. Thank you, Liz, Rhiannon, Marilyn, and Carla for stopping by with birthday wishes.

LBG is doing superb today....she is frisky, sassy, purry....all things wonderful :cat::cat: She is, however, getting a little tired of the Wild Calling food. She's still eating it but not with as much excitement as at first. I've heard others say the same thing about this food. Today, we're going to get some ZiwiPeak canned. I spoke with the US rep for about an hour today and was really impressed with him. While not every aspect of the food is perfect, what canned food is? They are all going to have some thickener in them which means something undesirable. I'm also going to start her on a probiotic and see if that can help us get her onto raw at some point in the future without tossing her cookies, so to speak.

Yesterday had some nice greens but she bounced last night and is still mulling that over today. I'm hoping it will be a quick one and she'll be back down in good numbers tonight. If so, this would be a dose worth holding onto for a while and see if she continues to do well.

Have a super day and I'll check in tonight.

Miss Gracie! You're VERY EXTRA sweet today aren't you! I'd never have recognized you by those numbers. :) You're still just as cute as possible.

HUGS Marje, Mike and Mr. Tobes!

Happy belated birthsday for Mike. And his team won too.

Princepessa, we can do without pretty in pink please.

Probiotics before going to raw is something that is fairly common, more so for droolers, but some kitties too. It's not something she'd need long term. Good luck with that approach. Bummer on the Wild Callings. I wonder why so many get tired of it. I tried a little Ziwipeak with Neko in the early days. She loved it, but that's no surprise.

What a super WCR for Miss Gracie today- good luck with the new fuds! Sorry to hear she's had such a time with the raw foods, that's no fun to clean up! Phos is a little high, but have you tried RadCat?

Happy Belated Birthday to Mike--(even though he cheered the wrong team :p:p:p) Seriously, hope you had a restful and relaxing day and evening party-that's one good thing about bouncing.

Happy Belated Birthday, Mike!!

Bummer that the Wild Calling didn't work out. Even Brooklyn got tired of it, and she has never gotten tired of any kind of food. Strange. I hope the ZiwiPeak goes well!

Bouncing? Gracie. Tsk, tsk. C'mon down.

Am enjoying the food discussions. Gives me some things to look for if I ever get out of this teeny town for some big town shopping.

What a birthday! They held the Super bowl in AZ just for you, Mike! Hey Missy enough of that bounce!

Ugh! It didn't post again! I've been having stallig problems since I upgraded my OS. If you don't need to don't go w/ Yosemite!

Hey ya'll! Always happy for the visits and input Lyresa, Wendy, Carla, Elise, Liz, Deanna, Ruth, Marilyn, and Ann (we already I stalled Yosemite w/no problems.)

A slow slide today so maybe, hoping, some blue tonight and green tomorrow baby girl?

We went looking for the Ziwipewk canned and looks like I'm going to have to order it. Bummer. Had Mike's birthday dinner out and got home a tad late for the shot. After, we put the Kitten Bowl II on and G&T are still watching it :p:joyful::confused::cat:. It's our punishment for leaving them all afternoon.

Hey Marje, if you can't find someplace to buy single cans of Ziwipeak, there's a store in Sac that has some. I can pick you up a few cans so you can try it without buying a whole case, if you'd like. All my kitties except Minka liked it, but Minka's opinion isn't worth anything right now with the chemo.

I'm glad Mike had a good birthday. It looked like a beautiful day in the Canyon.

I hope Gracie gives you a nice, safe slide.

I'm still debating whether or not to try ZiwiPeak (because of the Green Mussel--a sea food). I have 2 cans and the ingredients look good. But Rusty has a fish allergy and I don't know if he will also be allergic to mollusks. I opened a can of Wild Calling today, the first one in months, and he definitely did not like it. I'm stuck with a half-case! He's been sort of under the weather today and I'm wondering if it was the Wild Calling he had at lunch time.

Happy belated birthday, Mike! It was a good game, even if your/our team didn't win.

Gracie, keep on feeling great and making your mamabean happy. Don't forget the Full Snow Moon Party tomorrow. Please ask Tobey to come early. Rusty needs help clearing the snow off the lake so the kitties can ice skate.

Hugs and scritches,

Ella & Rusty

If you're not sure about buying the Ziwipeak, I called and they were very nice about sending me several cans as well as some of their freeze dried food

I was really pleased too....they sent me 6 cans and 2 large packages of the freeze dried, so it really gave me a chance to see how China liked them. (she didn't, but that wasn't their fault!)

Looks like LBG found the sale on the trampolines today!!
