Well...I guess this was the morning to 'sleep-in.' We're about 2 hours off shot time. Attie did have me up pestering for fuds about 3am, which he dutifully received, but I did not test him. So this 175 is sort of a surprise as I was expecting yellows/pinks.

I have enough time for a quick post here, coffee and a bowl of cereal....then we're off to the dog races today!

Re: 2/2 Atlas AMPS 175

Great AMPS Attie!! Now for the greens.

Dog races sound like so much fun. We were going to do agility with our lab until he had knee problems. We always go when they come to town and watch. It is so much fun and the dogs have a blast.

Have a great day Beth!

Just a quick stop at home to check on his majesty....

And we have a food fit.... At least his numbers are not dramas today.

Re: 2/2 Atlas AMPS 175, +5 198

Hey Beth, are these races really dog races, or are they your races, racing around to tend to your charges?
I take back what I said about the Groundhog seeing his shadow here. It has remained cloudy, so he didn't see it. Since spring is to all intents and purposes already here, it can't be "just around the corner." We'll see if Buckeye Chuck's prediction holds true.

Have a good, busy, day!

Eat your fuds, Attie!!

My dog races tending to my charges... Oh thank goodness today even my pullers and tuggers went easy on me!!!! Maybe I'm making some improvements to their leash manners....finally. Gave my slowly recovering back a break...whew!

Well, Attie is back to eating his rabbit this evening. Even gave Gary a solid warning to back off out of his bowl.

Joe Wakshlag, DVM, PhD, DACVN, is a clinical nutritionist with Cornell University’s College of Veterinary Medicine. He recommends a diet of low-calorie canned food because it has more fillers than dry food. The recommendation is not aimed at your cat, but at you. The canned food tends to make you, the caretaker, feel you are giving your cat enough to eat. Wakshlag also says to make sure you don’t forget to look at the calorie count on the label. “I think the bottom line is you have to replace fat with protein and carbohydrates,” he tells WebMD. “The key is to remove fat, which is contributing the most calories.”

How could someone with that many letters after their name be so incredibly stupid???? He must've got those degrees from the University of Cornflakes.

Thank you for your support last night Beth and also in repsect of my little Milberry. I really appreciate it.

Oh my goodness, I didn't know you had so many doggy charges too! Do you sit for them? Our poor, sweet Lab needs a bigger job to do. When the kids leave the door ajar, he's off like a shot to the nearest house with a pool. He needs leash manners too! 3 kids, 2 cats, one dog, and a DH. Welcome to the zoo!

Attie....you do not need to visit the pink floor after those nice blues!!

Hope you are feeling better, Beth. Glad to hear Attie is more like his old self.
