Morning everybody. Well its the 5th day now of the 2units and I'm a bit disappointed. I'd been hoping to see less yellow and a lot more green but it hasn't happened yet. Hopefully it's the full moon effect and she'll start to go down a bit more. We'll see.

WCR- She's still acting a bit subdued this morning. Nothing I could but my finger on. She just seems really tired and maybe even a bit sad. Mind you it is deathly cold out and she has always hated winter. We used to have our couch by the window and she used to sit for hours with her head on her paws just staring out at the snow. She always looked so sad. ANyway she ate a pretty good breakfast and has now taken off to my bed for a cuddle with Socrates. My she loves that king size mousie.

Well I hope everybody has a good day and keeps warm. It's =26C here right now. With the windchill it makes it about =32. Too cold.

BRRRRRRRRRR!! that is wayyyyy to cold. I will send you some sun.

I hope you see some better numebrs with this dose. Could be the full moon... I hope things are better soon. Hey Tori - maybe some blues and greens for your bean - it would make her very happy.

I hope she perks up some - may just be the winter blues. We have alot of that here too.

I detest winter and the cold.

how bout gettin' out of those yellows? you look so pretty in blue and green!
 
Well I knew something was off with Tori and now I'm pretty well certain that she is starting a flare or something else nasty. She didn't eat much at lunch and pooped on the floor. The pooping is always a sign that something is up. It's her way of saying she feels rotten. (Very effective too). The poop was a bit hard and there was a tiny bit of blood on the outside of it.

Anyway I gave her some Metacop 1 hour before supper. Her BG was 130. I managed to get about a 1/2 can of fishy FF down her but I had to finger feed her. She wasn't terribly happy. I have given her some Bupeprenex and and 100cc of squids. Daniel has his instructions and fortunately Kina his girlfriend is here and she has experience syringe feeding if that becomes necessary. Money is being left in case they have to make a trip to the emergency vet. I doubt they will but with Tori you never know.

Why do these things always happen when I have to go to work. Also it's a 3 day weekend,

Please keep Tori in your thoughts and prayers tonight. I'd feel so much better if I was home with her. I worry about her so much. She's my baby.
 
Hi barb - I'm sorry - I had hoped it was just "one of those days". I hope it's nothing serious. paws crossed - and as always you are in our thoughts. be well Tori.
