Good morning LL!

Tarragon had his tuna surprise last night. He and Charlie split a can and were both checking to make sure the other finished their plate. They did. ;)

Things are slowly getting back to a "new normal". The boys are still having a hard time so I am spending a lot of time on the floor with them playing, cuddling, talking. I have been reading a lot about how to help them grieve and everything I read said to talk about it with them. We have spent a lot of time talking about Turnup and all the fun times we had over the years. They both look at me so intently.

Sunday I took a picture of the kitties. Tarragon was keeping watch over Turnup all weekend.

Aw, what a sweet, beautiful picture. You are doing an amazing job helping them through this, and I am sure they are helping you, too. It's so hard when one of ours crosses, but they really do stay with us forever.

I'm so glad Charlie and T enjoyed T's Tuna Surprise!!!

Morning Melissa :coffee::coffee::coffee:

A very nice start for Mr T today. Blues are next I bet. How fun with their tuna surprise last night.

I love the photo, how sweet, and touching. When Mannie crossed I spent alot of time talking with Elsa, as she really missed him. It really did help her. And helped me too. it is such a tough time. Hugs to all there.

Have a good one. I hope all goes well.

Aww, such a sweet picture. We recently lost a feline family member as well, my heart goes out to you and your family. I should have looked into how to help my feline family members grieve also, but I think we pretty much did everything except specifically talking about Cody's passing. So glad to hear that your furry friends are starting to adjust.

Thank you for the picture, Melissa. Tarragon is a sweet kitty, watching out for Turnup. Your LantusLand family is grieving too along with you and your family. Thinking of you, hugs.

That's so sweet. Tarragon knew Turnup needed him to be near. I'm glad you're able to help Tarragon and Charlie grieve. I agree, they are helping you too.

I'm glad they enjoyed the tuna last night.

That is a wonderful picture, Melissa. So very touching. I'm glad that you are talking about Turnup with T. and Charlie. It is so important to grieve.
That tuna treat was much appreciated, I'm sure.

Hugs and scritches, Thinking of you all,

Ella & Rusty

Such a precious picture. Tenderness. Love. And a wise knowing. Sniff.

Yes, talk with Tarragon and Charlie. And let them talk to you, in their own ways. Healing comes in communing and sharing the loss. And in time, celebrating the memories.
