LL beans! It is I!, Mannie, kitteh barista! For today I proudly offer Mannie's special 10 hr energy coffee, and Triple shot espressos, with beans from Ethiopia, AND.... for all my Mocha fans: a Venti quad almond roca infused mocha, with chocolate caramel whip, garnished with caramelized almond clusters, chocolate shavings, a dusting of crystallized caramel and dark chocolate drizzle...... OOOOOOOOOOO! PRIMO! Only the best for all my customers.... OOOOOOOOOO! OH! Tea infusions too, by request. They is primo too! I SWEAR! Today: almond vanilla chai! :cool: made with lots of cheer!

Yesterday was.... once again.... BLUE DAY in Mannieland. YaHOO! WOOT! WooHOO! YAY! Rumor has it that the Blue Mannie Group was performing LIVE on the Washington Ferries, and at several beach front cafes, rockin' their hearts out. It was so nice to see Mannie have the day he had yesterday - another blue day, three in a row! He did bounce a little in the PM cycle, but headed right back to the blues by nadir. All in all things are looking really good for him, finally starting to come together as far as his FD is concerned. I hope for a good day today, more blues would be so cool! All is well in MannieLand. :-D :-D :-D It was a subdued day yesterday for Mannie. He spent alot of the day sleeping, fleece bed, nanners, back to the bed , back to the nanners, back to the bed.... :lol: He did eat well, even though it took four cans for me to find one that he deemed worthy of consumption. Darn picky eaters! Maybe I should make up a menu for him and then he can tell me which one he wants. :lol: :lol: It is nice to see him do his normal Mannie things: a deck sniff or two, an early morning greet in the bathroom when I woke up. Guess he figured I needed help putting myself together in the morning. Appy was good, CPC yesterday and this morning, LB is normal, Ketones test have been negative. Test was good this morning, as was the shoot. :cool: I think I can still say: Normalcy in MannieLand. :-D

Have a great day everyone! Still haven't done those taxes.... :lol: :lol: Maybe today. In the afternoon I will be headed into Seattle to visit friends for coffee. WOO HOO! A trip to the big city! :cool:

Hey everybody! What's up? I so wanna play at the dunes today. I hope it is sunny there.... I feel like dunes sliding, it is so funs. Maybe we could build a bonfire too, and grill and stuff, have a picnic at the dunes. Hey Tess - can we???? HUH??? Please?? Ok. I hope she says it is a go.... You guys in? Let me know. Sure sounds like normalcy in MannieLand. I love hearing how he's getting back to his rituals. Mannie, let's see a nice slide today.

Morning Ann ~O) ~O) ~O) I so hope on the normalcy in MannieLand. He sure is trying to do the normal daily things, and it is nice to see most of them back. and No on the IM Vet. They will get a call this morning for sure - I was so disappointed that they did not call, so will be "on their case" this morning. It would be nice and god to know that results of the BW: they have had more than enough time.

Hey Mannie - My bean says you listened to her and followed her rules! And that your beegees are looking darn good - those were her words not mine! She says that if you stay like this, you can play with me and not be grounded any longer!

I'm so excited, my bean says this morning we are going to see Dr. Scott - while she is real nice, she is going to look into my mouth and tell things to my bean, I just hope she doesn't find anything. Buster is going to, so she may have to come with me when we go out and play - ok. My bean says we are getting a twofer deal at the dentist! :o :o

I don't want to go to the dentist, but my bean says it's just a check up to make sure what teefies I have are looking good......When we get back, I'll be so ready to get out of here and have fun.

Oh and the bean says thank you for her extra cheery tea today! She is loving it.

When Rusty gets back from the vetty (x ray today), I know he'd appreciate a visit from KTSS. He'll have to pass on the day in the dunes, however.

Nice blues for Mannie but I'm just wondering if 1.25u would bring the blues down just a bit but also help minimize the bouncing to pink/yellow with occasional red? I know you are trying to balance his care with your responsibilities with Nicholas.

HI Marje - well, that is a possibility yes. and yes too on the DGS aspect of life. Right now for Mannie I believe that holding him steady at a safe range is best for is care. Blues will do, if we can keep the lower ones. I don't need green. There are other issues now with Mannie that have to be addressed in junction with his FD, I will write about that tomorrow. In view of these issues I am leery of a 1.25 dose, If I do increase it will have to be a fatten only. 1.25 would send him into realms that are not safe for him right now. The 1.25 would bring the greens: yes, but, for him right now, it would also increase the severity of these bounces. Thanks for the post, those issues are on my mind daily.
