Can't help but feel impatient about waiting the full seven days. I'm worried she'll get more out of hand. So far I just don't see the 3 giving us lower to mid blues any time soon. 
Edited to add: I'm debating upping her to 3.25 tomorrow morning. She's been on that dose briefly in the past so it's not entirely new to her; that's how I'm somewhat justifying making the exception? But definitely if anyone thinks that's a bad idea, feel free to let me know. I'll see what else we get later tonight and for her preshot.
