? 2/18 AMPS 176, +6 286 - Why blues PM but yellows AM?

I see blues at night after the PM shot, but mostly yellow during the day.

Does anyone know why? Should I be making dose adjustments?

I'm still not feeling well and can't seem to stay up past midnight from feeling so sick.
