This morning she started her 4th cycle of the dose increase; not too crazy about the numbers, considering another increase Sunday night (ya hear that Ripley?!?).
I miss her pretty greens/blues.
But aside from numbers, Ripley is doing GREAT! I feel like I have my old girl back. She's back to her old-girl antics: chewing on house plants/newspapers when it's close to feeding time (Look, mom, I'm soooo hungry!), crawling under the covers to curl up next to my tummy (our little secret, since DH doesn't approve), demanding tub water each morning, and much more vocal. She's back to her pre-UTI/pre-Clavamox behaviors. (She didn't have any strong, adverse reactions to Clavamox -- i.e., no vomiting -- but I don't think she felt 100% while taking it.)
I'm sending love to Noni, Lyresa, and Michelle.
I'm sending healing vines to ailing kitties and beans.
I'm sending "GO FOR IT!" vines to the OTJ-trial kitties: Molly, Jackson, Honey, and Ruben. Have there been so many trials at the same time before in LL? This is so exciting!
Happy Caturday, everyone!
OT: I've been inspired by my recent trip to Disneyland. No, I'm not going to make any Churros -- I'm planting flowers! Pansies, snapdragons, primroses, more pansies... Our yard needs color! And maybe a Mickey Mouse face... (just kidding -- well, sort of). I bet Ripley will be basking by my side while I'm gardening today. How picture-perfect!
