I have been noticing some weakness in her back legs, I told the doctor about it yesterday, she said I could be due to her current weakness, and she let her walk a little bet in the room. but at home when I serve food for her on the floor (no carpet) her back legs keep sliding aside open. and she keeps balancing her self so I took her plate to somewhere where there is a carpet and it was fine. I checked the internet and found out two main reasons, diabetes and low potassium where she have both, but a month a go her doctor asked me to stop using the potassium supplement get for a while,.. I think it's time to give her back her potassium. I already start giving her yesterday at night and todays morning. I will speak with her doctor on sunday and tell her if its ok to continue because I don't know if it has a side effect on lungs or heart.

meanwhile breathing is still the same, cortisone went well, doesn't seem to have a huge impact on her BG maybe a little I'm not sure. she seems relaxed and all fine.

LL is been through a lot lately , the loss of Moonie and Scrabble .. my heart with the mamabeans, I feel your loss

Thanks to Ann and Dyana for liking our picture yesterday ;-)

Quite the drop Noni! Good to hear her breathing is better. Tarragon has bad asthma and I know how hard it is when they can't breathe. Have a great night!!

Thank you for visiting us Melissa , sorry about the Asthma when Noni started the to breathing hard they thought I was Asthma , I know it makes them really sad to breath hard hope he feels better now Tarragon boy!

Good morning!
I hope Noni surfs safely for you today!
I'm sorry to hear about her weak legs. I'm glad that feeding her on carpet keeps her a little more stable.
Feel better, Noni!

Enjoy your day!
~Josie

Hi Aseel. Quite a sharp drop to the green today. I hope Noni stays green for you today. Glad that the cortisone went well for her and that her breathing isn't getting worse. Do you think the weakness in her back legs could be the onset of neuropathy? That was one of the signs PurrFace exhibited along with an arched back when he walked. He also walked on his haunches instead of his paws. I've been giving him ZOBALINE and it has helped some.

Have a great night and we have Noni in our Prayers to get well.

Is she eating? Hopefully the cortisone will resolve her breathing issues soon.. Poor girl, one thing after another with her but she is a strong one!!

Hope Noni feels better soon. Could be neuropathy but the zobaline will help and doesn't affect the BG. It took 3 months for my boy to get better with that and he's doing great now - hope the cortisone helps too. Have a good one!

Thank you Josie, John, Wendy, Jo, She's eating Wendy yea, Zobaline ..I will as her doctor about it,, Thanks Jo I will check first for Potassium cuz I still think it could be because of the breathing too.

Nice green for Noni. I'm glad the cortisone seems to be helping. I hope the potassium helps her leg weakness.
