Last night Mannie received a dose increase - after so many days of so much pink and so many bean sighs I felt a dosecrease was in order. So..... added a drop+: 2.25F to a 2.50S. I hope this will jump start the boy, find those blues and greens again. Hopefully too once he is off the clavamox we will see improvement in his BG's. Paws crossed! No worries Mannie - we will get there. cat_pet_icon

Mannie was one happy furry purry kitty this morning. :-D He made sure I woke up, and more importantly got up: furry purry whiskers in the face this morning. While I fumbled in the kitchen trying to get it all moving he was busy with the nanners. I love it when I have to go retrieve him from the pile for test feed and shoot. There is always that longing stretch towards the pile as I haul him away. :lol: :lol: Breffis was met with his happy prancy dance (yay: he did not fall off the table today). He's content this morning - so many purrs! :cool: :cool: Once again he supervised my getting ready. My attempts were met with many rubs, head butts, purrs. What a nice start to the day. for now? You guessed it: nanner napping. :lol:

KITTIES! Kitchen Krew! What a party!!!! And that cake! We outdid ourselves my friends... Rusty - man you can bake too. That cake was so huge! it was so cool though - we gots all the kitties names on it, and their photos likeness too - so awesome! but uh shadow?..... man that flour tossing war was something else. We were all white! :cool: :cool: Thanks everybody - we did good! and hey - guess what! another party soon - the Snow Full Moon is coming!!!! save the date. ~~ Mannie

Good luck with the dose increase. I hope this helps bring his numbers down. I love hearing about how Mannie starts his day.

Mannie, you outdid yourself with your Chef gourmet skills and what a cake. Maggie really enjoyed herself. another party, yay!

Awesome party Mannie!!! It was so much fun and I loved dancing with everyone in their beautiful Valentine's clothes...and yes the cake was scrumptious!! I'll be walking on the treadmill to get those calories off.

Mannie--that was a fantastic spread you put on for our party. It was such fun cookin', grillin', and the CAKE--WOW!! I thought we wouldn't have enough flour when Shadow started the flour war, but fortunately Raja went to get some old pillow cases to put the flour in, so we could hurl them around and not lose too much--lost enough as it was! I can't wait for the Full Snow Moon party on Friday. We'll have to have it either at Camp Stu or in my barn. We've got tons of snow in both places. What do you think?

Hi Marjorie - me too - there have been just too many days with what are, for Mannie, really crappy numbers.... so: paws crossed! Toe is OK. still hurts though, and have been told it will for a while yet. great.... they say at last 8 weeks, been about 4 now. Yesterday was not a very good one, no matter what I did to be good it just throbbed and hurt all bloody day - there was not enough advil... :lol: :lol: :lol: oh well...... it is what it is and we deal --- more hiking! off in a few to take in the local trails. :-D :cool: :cool:

Hi Ann - me too! I enjoy his morning routine - it is for the most part the same everyday, but it is ours, and lets me know that he is doing OK, he's happy, feels good. Wouldn't trade that for anything. :-D

119 @ +2 :shock: wow - 160 points in two hours. Seems the boy wanted to go diving.... :roll: I fed this with some18% considering the amount of the drop and that this is only +2, and his nadir is a good 4 hours away.... shessh it's nice to see a blue color. I had to check it twice - to make sure... 116 on test two. :-D Wish he'd slow down though...

Hi Christie - He is indeed - it is so good to see a blue number!! so far the night is great - nice and laid back.... except for a four legged furry purry who want to explore the oceans depths tonight. :-D
