Yesterday was a busy day for us! Bean was super tired after a busy day at work and yoga and our internets weren't working, so no evening post. The bounce I was anticipating in the a.m. hit for the p.m. shot... at +10.5 we were at 196, then a PMPS of 208 and a +2 of 206. Glad he's down in the blues today, and hoping we see some more green. DBF and I have Valentines Dinner and maybe some bowling tonight. I've realized my fat 0.5 dose is probably really 0.75, so I've amended the spreadsheet accordingly. Depending on tonight's #s, I will probably adjust his dosage upwards as I'll be around this weekend to monitor carefully. I've decided to shift his shooting schedule back. Initially, I was shooting on the 8s. I leave for work around then, and I've been working later and then my evenings are pretty booked... Monday is tennis from 8-10, Tuesday/Thursday yoga from 7-8:15, Wednesday tennis from 6-7:30, and then Friday dinner with DBF right after work. DBF tends to be a night owl, so he'd often be coming home around 2am (or later. eeks). After a discussion of how that created for me a lack of uninterrupted sleep several nights a week, he is trying to embrace a schedule in which he goes to bed earlier, and instead of working so late and getting to the office right at his required start time of 9, he goes in between 6 and 8 am. While I still might only get 6 hours of sleep some night, that sleep isn't broken up right at it's deepest point, which is better for me. If this new schedule holds, I too could get up at 6 to TFS, and then have the ability to hang out and test for an hour or two if needed, or get to the office early to put in extra time, as opposed to staying late. I've been shooting after yoga on T/TH, which sometimes may not be until 8:45 if yoga goes to 8:15 and I stop at the store on the way home. Just trying to get back into a routine.

One routine Willie is NOT enjoying is the 12 hour feeding business. By about +10, he is sure to let me know he is on the verge of perishing from starvation  , and if I'm putting my shoes on to leave, he escalates further!  He truly is a cranky old man, wanting to know where his early bird dinner special is!   Sorry dubs, but beanie weenie and ice cream = too many carbs!!!

Hope everyone has a wonderful Valentines Day.
