Good morning LL! Just dropping in real quick while I'm here at work. I did a mini curve on Spot yesterday...his numbers are good, just wish I could get him out of the blues....but you know, blue is good too, especially since they are below 120!
Here's yesterday's numbers:

amps - 114
+4 - 114 - snack
+6 - 83 - snack
+8 - 87
+9 - snack
+11 - 116 (got busy and somehow missed the +10)
pmps - 112
+2 - 116
+4 - 107 - snack
AMBG - 93

Yes, that is ambg....today Spot went for his dental...after two failed attempts in January (due to weather). He was not very happy with me for with holding his +6 and +9 snacks...was meowing and meowing and giving me kitty kisses upon kitty kisses and running out to the kitchen waiting for me to follow him. Then this morning the pacing and pacing and I believe at one point, he actually realized that hey, something is wrong here....because after his am test no one was getting their breakfast (mom will feed everyone after Spot and I leave for the vettiebean). Then he saw the carrier....and then he knew....... nailbite_smile
I believe that he was praying for a blizzard because when I took the trash out this morning, after he saw the carrier, Spot went to the door and checked....snow.....nope......ice.....nope....and then I heard what I thought was a great big "OH CRAPPUS" :lol: :lol: Poor poor Spot..........

Ralphie is doing well. I haven't messed with his dose. I decided to go on the track the vet wanted us to go. He doesn't seem to be doing to bad on the 1cc QOD and I'm courious how he will do on the .5cc QOD. He was such a snuggle bug yesterday...I had Spot on the right arm of the recliner, Ali on the left, and Ralph was semi- on the chair and my lap. All of a sudden his head would just bounce down onto the computer and wake him up....silly boy.

Ali threw up a nice big hair ball around 4 am. She still had some of her dinner left in her bowl and wouldn't come out from her hidey hole for her breakfast. She seems to eat more in the evening, grazing throughout the night. She nibbles on her breakfast, but there is usually some left when it's time for dinner. She loves her Tempations, so for her nini snack, she usually gets about 20 of them and she gobbles them up. She's been running and jumping and acting goofy, tho.

Well, got to get back to work. Hopefully time will allow me to get to some condo's this evening when I get home and get Spot settled. Hope everyone has a wonderful Valentines day!!!

Aw, doesn't Spot look cute, all ready for V-day! I hope he's ready to party, there are a lot of birthdays this week!

Sounds like you've got your hands full.. and both arms of the chair, and your lap... :lol:

Poor Spot, off for his dental. I hope all goes well and he is a smiley kitty when it's all over. I love how he was trying to get his snacks by bestowing kitty kisses! I'd have had a hard time resisting that treatment. Chaos can hear when I so much as touch his carrier all the way down in the basement, and then I have to extract him from under the couch. I'm glad it's not so hard with Spot and all you got was "OH CRAPPUS"! I'll be thinking of him today while he's at the vettybean's.

Poor Spot, I can just see the look on his face as realization set in.

Hope the dental goes well and easy and Spot recovers quickly. Good luck and lots of good vetty vines.

Happy Valentine's Day Deb & spot.....and going for a dental today? What a bummer for Spot...
BTW, we are having a big birthday party over at our place to celebrate 7 kitties' birthdays tonight....
That will take Spot's mind off his mouth....hope he feels better and can come on over...

Just got a call from vettiebean....Spot did well on his dental....cleaning only, no extractions :smile:
Going to leave here shortly and go pick him up!! I bet he can't wait to have a little smidgeon of food, the poor thing must think he's going to starve to death....he gained one pound since our last visit ohmygod_smile
 
uh oh. sounds as though he needs "CAMP DIAN". wish he had a bad toofus though. would.could splain. maye there was enough tarter to be a problem and gums were red
 
YAY! Spot passed dental! Good job Spot! I am so glad that he did well Deb - awesome!

Spot - dude!!! what is with the get-up man - I saw you out on FB too. You're famous now.... Hey - do you need the KTSS? We can take care of you before we start cooking. And your spice bag!!!! talk about Stress!! His numbers at the vet were 150. I've been giving him small amounts of food every half hour or so, which he is so thankful for.
He's snoozing now....oops, no he's not...just popped his head into the living room.
Dian....it does seem like he would need a trip to camp Dian, huh....He's not going to like it when I cut his snacks down.

Hey guys...I could wreally use da KTSS crew tonight. I smell wreally bad from da vettiebean. Oh, you would have been so pwoud of me...I skerred dat vettiebean assistant so bad dat she had to go get my mamabean to get me outta da cage in da back...lolhahaha...I hissed and spit and stood up to dem, dey didn't want to put deer hand inna cage....Oh you shouldda seen dem!!! What makes it so funny is dat dey mustta forgot dat I don't have no front claws AND I only have a few teefies left in my mouf...oh dem silly beans!!!!
Hey, I got my spice sake all filled up and wready to go...I just needa small nap before you come and get me, Mannie...I'mma ready to partay wit me frienz....Lubs, Spot

Well let this be a lesson that no matter what happened the LAST time and the time before that and the time before that.....things can most definitely change!!! Spot did a nose dive, most certainly! Will need to keep an eye out on my little buddy!
