and happy birthday to Gabby, Raja, Shadow, and Chaos (a day later still counts!)

i hear a big party is about to kick off!!!

all 5 p's present for the Binkster...and he's a busy boy this morning!
We'll have to see where he goes this am...

I'll be taking the momster and the nephew over to the nursing home at his +5...hired a Barbershop Quartet to come in and serenade my sister during lunch today...
give her the thrill of being singled out!! can't wait....and i found my camcorder late last night...so will be able to capture it for posterity!!

hope i don't have to throw the little pooper off track for it...but i fed a little MC already to slow his drop.

sending healing vines and positive energy to all our ailing kittens and beans...

well, you know me, miriam...
Say it with song!! don't know if you can tell how truly excited I am about this...
being the youngest person in there...and really creative...she feels so anonymous a lot of the time...
she even has to share Binksy's visits with others...
so we do all sorts of crazy things to call attention to her...
wearing crazy hats...taking in boomboxes and dancing around the halls...but THIS ONE...
it'll be four reasonably handsome men serenading her and only her in front of all the residents...
then they'll present her with valentine's day gifts.

I'm not a fan of the holiday, but this and her birthday are truly her days!

and YES!! on the camcorder...you guys will probably be bombarded to sheer boredom with companion cat videos...tortie battle videos...
mousie videos... :lol:

I'm more cynical than most about this holiday...

Celi, what an awesome idea- barbershop quartet! She is sure to enjoy it so much, and feel so special.

Personally, I won't mind being bombarded with tortie battle and mousie videos, also companion cat work would be really interesting to see. :mrgreen:

Ann, I agree. Any holiday with more chocolate is my friend, even in the old single days, when the only chocolate I got I bought for myself on clearance the next day! :lol:

Binks, my furry friend, are you ready to party? There's so much hubbub, it's so exciting. I like having all the other birthdays close to mine, it makes for a wayyy big party. See you there!!

well, he was at 80 before i left, so fed him HC...

I regret to report that the Serenade visit was an epic failure. I'm angry & negative right now, and this is not the venue...
so i will simply say this: there must be a special purgatory reserved for those who selfishly cause heartache to anyone
less fortunate than themselves...and my nephew will surely reside there.

the only good thing is that in the mess i was unable to get the camcorder out, but it was an event better unrecorded.

I'll be back to visit condos a little later when i'm not radiating resentment :-|

Hey Celi - sorry that things didn't go as you had hoped. bummer.

the videos her today are too great - we can focus on that instead. and binks great numbers. I hope you have a better evening. :-D

DAMM*T!! i went to help my mom change her dressing and left the bedroom door open...kibble on the floor.

i can smell it on his breath and he doesnt want his +2...so i'm sure we're heading for the reds overnight...

ah, well... some days just don't go as expected...

thanks all for the pep talks...since my cousin is here...i'm going to abandon the forum and go watch a movie with my sister...

she didn't have a very cheery day, so gonna go see if i can get her laughing.

really didn't get to many condos today...will check in late tonight or in the morning.

healthy night for all...especially our ailing furbabies and beans.

In the big scheme of things.. kibble is kibble.. it happened & Binks is happy :lol:
