(LOTS today Elsa! please.....), and Happy Fursday!
LL! It's is I, Elsa, KBP kitteh barista pilot!, president and CEO of Coffee Cat! Life is GOOD! GUESS WHAT! Bug and Lola are exhausted from too much fun at Rusty's - all that curling practice, it was da-bomb! They are working very hard to they can go to the CatOlympics! but they still want to be working today too at PawPrints Pizza, so..... They have decided that today is TURN-AROUND TRIPLE THURSDAY! They are doing triples on everything! :shock: Kinda cool huh!They say that since Wacky Wednesday was so wacky that they wants to give all kitties some fun times today, triple funs! What will that be.... I dunno! :roll: so. well. anyways. Coffee time! For today, I proudly offer Elsa's special 10 hour energy coffee, and Double shot Breve's, with beans from high in the Brazilian Mountains.... and for my mocha fans: a VENTI Quad Blueberry infused white mocha/mocha blend with white chocolate chips melted within, swirled with a raspberry puree, topped with a strawberry infused whip garnished with caramelized berry sprinkles and white chocolate curls and a caramel drizzle.......SWEET! OH! No worries, a dollop of 4 berry and vanilla and caramel swirl ice cream, on top of a dollop of fudge, topped with caramel and chocolate drizzle.... Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh....... mega good!
I hope everyone had a great day yesterday. We did well here. They boys are feeling better, though still coughing - residue of the colds they both had. Well, guess one can call them colds, minus the nose part. It still amazes me that Nicholas can just go go go, despite being a little under the weather, or a smidgen on the tired side. He has such a zest for the things he loves to do. It was great to see him feeling really good yesterday. William is much better too.
Here's what I wrote last night about the day: 'Hi everyone! I so hope your day has been a good one. We made 52 here today - YaHOO!, a heat wave. We even got some sun, which was not expected. The afternoon here has been great. 
Swimming rules! What a day at the pool.... it was one of those go with the flow days. The first hour was fairly normal, until we got in the big pool. Some kid barfed chunks, well one chunk, so they had to close the pool down, spent 30 minutes cleaning it, and then waiting the required 30 minutes after cleaning. Sheshhhh... by the time we got back in there there was only 15 minutes left in the session. So much to Nicholas's disappointment, not much big pool time today. He was very good at going with the flow, accepting the rules. So back to the beach area until some kid used that pool as a potty, and then it was closed down for a bit too. LMAO: we spent alot of time in the hot tub area today. Most people just left. This was kinda cool: It was getting close to the time we could get back into the big pool, and Nicholas was getting antsy, kept asking how much longer. I finally suggested to him that he go and ask the guard. Amazing, but that is exactly what he did. YAY! We seem to be getting out of the shy thing he has.... woot, maybe lessons sooner than later. time will tell. We never did make anything else today. He was so tired after we were done - 2 hours today - that he really crashed on the way home, slept for close to three hours. Part of that was two hours of swim, the rest was getting over the crud. Both boys are on the mend - still a little coughing. Their dad is getting better, Erin is now really sick, and the other g/parents now have it too. SHESSHHH! The jury is till out on me,. I felt 100% last night, maybe 50% this morning, and that just never improved. Not too sure on tonight. oh well, maybe this is round two for me. If I can just keep the cough at bay, and keep it out of my chest.... ;-) Pl ans here for tonight, as normal. Just hanging out, and hoping I stay well. At least for the next two days that I have the boys. Have a great evening everyone! "
Normalcy in MusketeerVille! This morning things are very normal, very quiet... hmmmmmmmmmmm...... Once again Elsa has camped out on her spot on the sofa, Bug is in Mannie's bed, and Lola is on my lap. Supreme bliss rules here this morning. I have written this so many times, but it still holds true: the mornings here are my some of my favorite times with the kitties. Stay this way today kitties. We all had a great day yesterday - even the kitties. It has warmed up her alot, but the Musketeers saw all that wet this morning,a so so off to nap the wet away in their beds. They all decided that early on that their beds were the place to be. The only time I saw Lola up was when she made sure she pounded on my shower door, and also made sure she got to play the shower curtain game in the other shower. :lol: :lol: Other than that, she was curled up napping... Lola? Napping? :shock: oh WAIT! She did come and check out and watch William while he played after we got home from the pool. He was making so much noise that she had to see what all the racket was about. :lol: :lol: When he squealed right by her ear she was done. :lol: :lol: Normalcy in MusketeerVille! Well, sorta...
Have a great day everyone. I am back on Nicholas and William duty today. The weather is questionable today, so it may be an indoor day today. We shall see how things develop over the next few hours, and then decide. I am sure Nicholas will come with a plan too. He always does!
