This amps has me worried....so unlike her to throw something so high 2 shots in a row. Trying to be calm - she DID tear into a bag of dog food in the time it took me to get her shot and dinner ready last night. No idea if she actually got to eat any before I caught her. Her insulin is also 4 months old, so I will pick up a new pen tomorrow morning.

She is acting just fine... was ravenous this morning. Wanted her breffis and wanted it NOW and then ate every bite off her plate. Her appetite has been very good lately. I just worry when she throws out high numbers (for her) suddenly. It usually ends with us at the Vet. :-|

I would assume throwing out such low midcycle numbers would hint that it is either a bounce or she got a bit of the dog food last night and not an infection etc.... would you all agree?

I fed 1tsp LC at the +4. Checking again in a few minutes to see where we are at and if she gets another snack.

Fed 2 more tsp of LC at the +6 in hopes of kicking some pancreas action in for PMPS tonight. I have to leave here in a bit and won't be home until shot time. Fingers crossed she is back to normal for PMPS tonight. She has a great appetite, has been active and playing today...so I feel better and am not thinking something is necessarily 'wrong'. Surfing the very low 60s and sometimes into the 50s is low for her. Generally she surfs the low 70s-mid 80s... I've got to think with her dose that SHE is doing some of this...she has to be! Oi Vey.

She's doing great Amanda!
That's a nice cycle
Even for 4 month old insulin.

Well her PMPS were great - but this is quite the food spike. Testing in an hour to see what she does, had quite the drop from +2 to +4 during the day. nailbite_smile I ordered a timed feeder off ebay tonight. I just don't know what to make of these wild swings...and I don't like her being in the 160s and above!
