So I changed to TR 2 days ago and I’m assuming I’ll be increasing the dose again the day after tomorrow, because he’s staying so high.

I’m going to wake up to try to get a pm cycle nadir tonight and can’t decide when that should be. What +hour would give the most helpful info? +5? +6? +7? +8?

He’s pretty flat. I don’t think he’s going much lower yet. If you are still seeing nadirs over 300 increase after 6 cycles to 2.0. If under increase by .25.

Ok, so probably doesn’t matter which time I pick at this point?

And also, can I count that first cycle when I only used 1.25 or do I really need 6 cycles at 1.5 before going up to 2?

I don’t think so. Try different times each time you set an alarm between +4-7.
