Pretty much a carbon copy of yesterday so far. These numbers are good...but I am wondering if a drop more may nudge is down to being a little greener. She did dip her toes in at +4 with a 98 last night. I'm pondering the increase...we'll see.

This is a common sight in our house these days...kitties huddled around a heating vent (L to R, this is Trix [of course], Zen, and Petey). There are 5 vents they "use", but this is always the most popular - the air flow must be optimal here! (It's a little blurry...I guess my hand shook and I didn't realize it, but they are still so stinkin' cute!)

What a very lovely trio of kitties, Amy! I'm guessing that the airflow is definitely optimal there, too. :lol: Smart kitties for grabbing whatever warmth they can get their little paws onto. :lol: Good luck with the slight dosecrease if you decide to do it. It may be what Miss Trixie needs. She's looking great, though! Have a good day, and please stay safe, and warm.

Trixie! What's shakin' little one? You off to the lagoon today? Might be good to spend sometime there, playing in all that green. I hear that mamabean is thinking more juice... so.... off to the lagoon you go. You surf well for your mama.

LOVE the pic! Funny, Elsa has been doing that too: parked out on top of the heat registers: ours are in the floor. No wonder the room there is cold, she is hogging all the heat. :roll: :lol: Your kitties really are cute! And to get them all sitting together like that - cool!

Enjoy your day today. Hope all goes well at TBP, shopping is a breeze, and that the pending snow storm won't be as bad as they say.

My Sasha loves the heating vents, too. In winter, whenever I can't find her, I check the vents, and she is usually hanging over one (our upstairs ones are on the floor). She loves the fireplace, too.

I wish I could get all my kitties to sit that close together for a pic. Yours are adorable! :-D

Trixie, you look really pretty in blue, but mama thinks green would suit you better, so maybe you should try some on for size! :mrgreen:

Thank you for the visits and compliments! When it comes to heat, they definitely team up like that! We have a mix of vents - some in the floor, some in the wall, and they are all popular wintertime destinations. Needless to say, I'm jealous they are so small that they can huddle there like that!

She did make it to the lagoon before I headed out the door :mrgreen: ! For now...back to work!

I spy with my little eye...some totally adorable cats! Posers, for sure! Trixie is looking good. Buster likes to float around 100 and I never know if I should add a drop or let it ride. It's like kitty roulette sometimes, eh?

Oh, I just want to scoop all three of those sweet kitties up and smoosh them in lots of cuddles! :razz: So cute. They know where to best place to be is to stay warm! :-D They look like they are posing too.

I'm glad Trixie hit the lagoon today! :mrgreen: Chyna almost joined her...maybe tonight they can hang out together. I hope work is going well, and you miss the crazy shoppers. Have a good night!

Trix dipped her toes into the lagoon today ~ I wonder if she also dipped a whole paw or leg... :mrgreen:

Trixie must of heard about her potential increase and decided to show you what she is capable of :lol:

I have no idea why she dropped like a rock like this, but I could tell something was up because she was frantic for food. We gave her HC with karo and she almost instantly calmed down, but I guess we have a busy night ahead!

Phew!!! We gave her a little more HC and karo at +2, just as an insurance policy. We'll keep monitoring all night, though, just in case. I guess she really heard that dosecrease threat! Reducie in te morning . DH did say she jumpeca little when he did her shot...maybe that ha something to do with this dive? She usually doesn't drop like that...way to REALLY keep us guessing, Trix!

I'm sure this is still karo and HC talking, but I am very happy to see blue. We'll test a couple times during the night, too. What a crazy, crazy plummet, but what a good girl for signaling us that she was dropping like that!

I'll take a reducie in the morning, and it's my day off so I can keep a close eye on things.

I'm glad Trixie came up for you, I hope she surfs it now. Good thing you have tomorrow off so you can monitor tonight too. :-D

I think she must be bouncing from that steep drop...she hasn't had any HC or Karo since +2. But, I'm going to grab a test at some point during the night anyway. I can already tell Frankie has plans for waking us up at random times, so one of those will be perfect for Trix's test.

Wow...I guess that answers the question on an increase. Trix said a resounding uh-uh!.

OMG they are so adorable around that vent and looking up at you. How cute is that???? Thanks for sharing that sweet photo!
