Good Saturday morning, Everyone,

Rusty had a good night sleeping between his beans. We had a good test, shot and breakfast (Wellness Turkey), and he then wanted more than Wellness Turkey for breakfast. He wanted--guess what?--FF T&G. So he got a little. We'll be out most of the day at the Met in HD broadcast of Wagne's Goetterdaemerrung (and it's pretty clear that he knows this), and I didn't think it would hurt to give him a few more carbs this morning, even though his number doesn't warrant it.

Rusty will hold the fort today (from late morning until early evening). He will be served food by his automat. I'll be back briefly for PMPS and dinner and then will go over to the End- of- Winter- Carnival party. So our boy will be on his own. He'll do fine, but he always gets a little antsy when we go out!

I won't be around today (except to post Rusty's numbers). Everyone have a good day. We are continuing to send healing vines and positive thoughts to Sid, Rocket, and all kitties who are in need of them.

Hi kitties, Anyone want to come to visit me and hang out on top of the radiator today? I'll make some hot tuna toddys and cimmamum cookies.

Morning! Not a bad start today. It always amazes me that our kitties know when we will be out and about. And want to eat accordingly. Mannie seems to know too.

I hope Rusty has a good day today, don't get too lonely Russ ok, sounds like you've got a ton of friends coming over to keep you company. I know i asked what the show was you were going to the other day and i forgot to look and see what your answer was. I'll do that right now!

Off to the opera. The kitties will enjoy listening to it, too, on the weekly Met radio broadcast. Hope they like it!

ELLA - THANK YOU!!! KT's a happy happy lumpkin today - a full tummy of new 'favorite' foods! I opened one of the Merricks BG turkey this morning - he just loved it. He actually quit eating his EVO hard to move to that! THANK YOU AGAIN!!!

Good Evening, everyone,

The opera was magnificent. The performance was even better than the one we saw in the House 2 weeks ago. We were absolutely drained from the emotional excitement of this work. The 6 hours flew by. And then we had the potluck party, which was anticlimactic!! (but fun). Rusty was in his basket by the radiator when I got home briefly to give him his PMPS and dinner/shot. He meowed loudly. His number was fairly high (but to be expected, since I had given him a +9 treat/snack of FF T&G and also made his lunch half T&G! When we both got home in the mid evening he was so happy to see us.

Thank you all for visiting Rusty today. And thanks to all the kitties who came by to listen to the opera. See you all tomorrow!
