Happy Monday Morning!!! Many healing vines to all our kitties out there who need them and especially Nuisance today as he recuperates!! We wish for him a full recovery. We're glad to hear Moonie is pooing again. So many great caregivers in this group.
Baby Girl wobbled blue yesterday and then decided to get it over with and hit yellow. She woke me up at 4 this morning snuggling in my arms, purring me back to sleep. But she got up around 6 and I could hear her running around playing (which she doesn't normally do at that time of the morning). Scratch scratch scratch on her post in our room and then she ran up the ramp and stood on my legs...knead, knead, knead. Next thing I feel is her sweet soft breath on my face and her whiskers tickling me. So I figured, something is up and I hope it isn't her BG. So I tested her early and was happily surprised she had cleared her bounce. Just when Mike and I were having a late night chit chat about raising her dose  I think she was eavesdropping!
I said yesterday that I'd put pics of her snuggled in her daddy's unmentionables drawer so the links are below. (Sorry about the links but trying not to overwhelm this temporary board with pics). We put some of her blankies over his unmentionables so she doesn't get them covered in little brown baby fur. Hope they make you ooh, aah, and laugh. (BTW, Dale asked for a pic of them doing yoga with me but, unfortunately, I do yoga before Mike gets up so I can't do the yoga and take the pic...I'm not that coordinated   :lol

Sweet Waking Up baby
Have a great day!
eta Dr. B just called with Gracie's serum bile acid assay results...PERFECT! YAY!!!! If these had not been in the normal range, it would indicate that liver function was compromised. While that news is great, the not so great news is her ALT and AST are back up. So Dr. B and the IM Specialist think that we just didn't give her long enough on the A/B when she had the bile duct infection. So now she has to go back on all the meds...A/B for a long course, denamarin, and ursodiol. But I'll be happy to do that since she is so good with all of it. We were really worried about the bile acid results. So very grateful and thankful today...as always.
