Just when ya' get frustrated and disgusted...they go and do this stuff! :mrgreen:

They are predicting a snow event starting this afternoon and through the weekend... Our old weatherman, Dick Goddard, is making me sort of nervous as he keeps reminding us the lake never froze over and there is NO ICE on the lake. And that can lead to a significant snow event from the Lake Effect combined with the arctic air.... nailbite_smile. The official weather service has not issued anything...but Dick Goddard is like the Grandfather of weathermen for our area. He is real good about his predictions. Slated for an inch this afternoon and another 3 inches tonight and more Sat and Sun.... :? When there is a conflict in predictions...Dick is usually right.

The kitters are all working on nesting up and claiming baskets this morning...think they know something?

Wow, Atlas! You go!

I went to undergrad in Rochester, NY, and I never thought I'd say it, but I do miss the snow. We've had a super-mild winter here. It's snowed or iced over every year I've lived here (8), but this year we haven't even had a hard freeze. Hopefully your storm won't be so bad.

Don't ya just love a morning of surprises!

I wonder if we have a similar front moving in. They are predicting snow (I actually typed "snot" which tells you my feelings about the white stuff) for us, too. There's also a lake effect warning. Guess where I live?

I can feel it getting colder already....

I need to go check the latches on the windows and pull the thermals I think....

3 visits today and then I need to sneak in some errands....kitty litter tops the list!

Hi guys .. atlas is looking good today! We are supposed to get some snow today as well .. predicting just about an inch today, and about three inches overnight .. we'll see .. so far this winter has been a joke .. NOT THAT I'M COMPLAINING! :-D :-D Have a great weekend!

Yes....same frontline.

Warnings finally went up this afternoon for 'lake effect event.' :lol: REally the weather service just needs to listen to Dick Goddard!

I got all my errands done! So, I am snuggling down tomorrow and baking off some homemade bread.
