Hi Sue, I really don't know since he has had some blues in there , I thought I would have to get below 50 on three separate days or if he drops below 40 than that is an automatic reduction.
I was under the assumption that for a strong remission I am aiming for the majority of time spent in the 50-80 range and stay as green as possible .
