Good Morning LL! Thank you Mannie for the special delivery! We needed the extras today! What a nice day yesterday in Tessville!

Things are getting back to normal around here and I hope Emma is getting used to being closed up at night, WE heard coyotes again last night! I have to make a cat tree for her. So much for the cute bed I got her, she prefers to be up high to sleep!

WCR Just 4 Ps the last will probably come later, Clean Plate Club, teeth brushed and I need to go out to see Emma!

Tess is showing some beautiful numbers lately! Maybe the LWC stress is wearing off.

The local shelter near me had boxes on the walls for cats. They could jump from one to another like steps. They were solid on the bottom and against the wall, and round openings to climb in and out on the sides and some on the top. The cats really seemed to like being up on the wall, with a little bit of shelter to "hide" in.

Hi rich, welcome to LL! No, no .25u syringes. If you look closely you will see that I also included the number of drops. W/ the Monoject syringes I knew I had 7 drops in .5u of insulin. On the really small doses you cannot rely on the markings on the syringes, they can be off by 2 or 3 drops. I would draw .5u of insulin, count the number of drops, redraw the dose and count out the number of drops I wanted. Now I've switched to Terumo syringes and use a digital caliper to get a more exact dose.

Wendy, sounds like a great environment for the shelter cats. Not much wall space in my laundry room though! :? :lol: :lol:

:YMSIGH: I'm going to have to surrender Emma to the shelter for 5 days, if she is unclaimed I get her back at the end of the week. On the bright side they will deal w/ any medical issues and I can stop jumping through the hoops I've been going through to keep from bringing any contamination in the house.
