I’m not questioning your advice at all i just want to understand that’s all :bighug::bighug::bighug::bighug:
Please do not ask questions! :-) It's good if you do and understand so that you know what to do if and when no one is around to help you.

If you see Bailie's cycles when he clears a bounce, he drops 200-300 points in the first 2-3 hours. Bounces are triggered not just by lower numbers but also by sharp drops. You use food to reduce the diving. It's better to feed carbs earlier in the cycle to slow drops because insulin action is stronger then. Feeding later in the cycle can reduce the duration of insulin action and cause numbers to go up faster.

Did that make sense?
