Yes. But luckily it's in the noon and dad is always home. Fed him LC at +2 and will feed him again ard +3.5 after lunch.

I would probably not reduce his dose tonight and keep at 1.75u if PMPS is high though there is a low BG at 50..

If PMPS is lower than usual preshot, then will reduce to 1.5u.

This is still the previous depot at play. It takes 4-6 cycles for the Lantus depot to adjust to a reduction. With TR you would not reduce since it is a back-to-back reduction. With SLGS, every drop below 90 is a reduction. However, considering his history of DKA, tendency to fail reductions and glucose toxicity setting in quickly, I would suggest you hold the dose and not reduce to 1.5U.
