diarrhea was back last nigh, I gave her some antidiarrhea medicine. no sing of diarrhea today yet ! but she doesn't have good appetite for food. and I hear the some sounds in her stomach like the sound we have when our stomaches are upset.


hope she gets well soon and diarrhea doesn't show up again. her doctor said it might be the antibiotic causing the diarrhea but she said don't stop it.

Good morning, Sorry your girls tummy is upset. Have tried putting Noni on probiotics?

Hi Aseel. Sorry to hear that Noni has diarrhea again. I'm glad the medication stopped it and that it stays away. Hope she regains her appetite.

Is she getting the FortiFlora?

I like to use the FortiFlora to put back in the good bacteria, when using an antibiotic.

I don't know Michelle her BG is realllly hight and she can't walk straight she keeps on falling down like she is dizzy or something ! I'm really worried , hold on feeding now I'm afraid it will increase her BG

It's the middle of the night there, isn't it? Is there an emergency vet available? High BG shouldn't be causing dizzy/can't walk symptoms, I don't think. I am not sure what is wrong, but it sounds like a vet is your best option if at all possible.

That is scary if it keeps up I would take her to the vet immediately. I don't think the high bg would make her do that, but not sure. See how she is after feeding

I agree - sounds like more going on than a high number. If possible she should get to a vet or emergency clinic.

There is no vet emergency in the country ! I think it's high BG because she keeps on drinking water too much water !!

Has she showed any signs of wobbliness or back leg weakness before? Have you tested for ketones? Does her breath smell like acetone/nail varnish remover?

No Wendy never, never been that high before ! I didn't check ketones , breathing has no smell nor her urine

No her eyes looks fuzzy but i'm sure she can see, because I'm putting water bowls everywhere and she can see them

fuzzy like she's dizzy, wobbliness walking and restless, now I dimmed the lights so she can relax ! I saw her hugging her house and trying to sleep

Doesn't Noni have heart problems too? (HOPEFULLY I got cats mixed up and answer is no.....)

yes, its not 100% confirmed because wet is waiting for the infection to clear up and we can have an ultrasound. but she almost did confirm a heart problem!

sorry, had to test KT....

there's a chance that she has fluid in her lungs and is not getting enough oxygen making her weak. The more upset she gets the worse that will get so keep trying to keep her calm. It scares her because she can't get a deep breath IF THIS IS IT! Scruffs goes thru those, his eyes are cloudy too. Did they give you medicine for fluid like 'lasix'?

How do her gums look? How's her breathing?

Low blood pressure?

Symptoms

Aseel, I'd take her to a vet immediately. If seeing a vet... any vet... during the night is not possible try to keep her as calm and quiet as you can. Take her to see your vet first thing in the morning. It's not possible for any of us to diagnosis what may be going on with her over the Internet.

gum is normal, she seems better now !

she feels better I think gaining her consciousness back .. starting to jump over chairs and tables searching for food ! I'm still holding on food, maybe @ +3 I fill feed her a little FF low carb only !

What time does your vet open? I still think a vet is needed. Her behavior earlier... something's not right.

i agree with carl. a vet visit is definitely needed here...

just gave some FF 2 spoons , I will call the vet first in the morning, hope she's available tomorrow. she calm down I believe its her BG causing her the weakness. hope she's normal tomorrow.
