How do you use the S. Boulardii? I read the instructions on here but I don’t understand if it’s given every 2 hours for 3 days for acute diarrhea for it to stop or do I just use one capsule divided into 4 and that counts as 1 day ?

Neko had bad arthritis, but buprenorphine really helped her, as did acupuncture. Other things I had some success with were Duralactin (only if calcium levels are normal) and hyaluronic acid (brand Hyaflex).

For the s. boullardi, I just gave it twice a day, some in the AM and the rest in the PM. Which I guess is the therapeutic dose mentioned on this website: https://www.ibdkitties.net/supplements/probiotics/
