140 or 7.8 at +2.5 after tiny, tiny dose increase

Fats has been getting 1.2U, and today I increased his dose to 1.25. At +2.5, he's at 140 or 7.8 ... I just fed him and am going to try to slow this drop, but !!!

I like the blues, just not how fast he got there! I've been feeding him over the last 2h to slow it down and he's holding pretty steady ... what freaked me out was that he got to the blues by +2.5, and his nadir is usually not until +8 or so!

Even the noise of the bag opening (it has a velcro closure) is enough to make him lose his little mind! Maybe we can get him a modelling contract to offset his medical bills

Cats do learn to associate certain sounds with goodies. Mine knew the sound of a ziplock bag being opened
