Hello. This is the lowest I've seen preshot. I know it's bad to not test but it's really difficult for me to do especially now that he's feeling better.
I've noticed on Friday evening an increase in eating and drinking like he was pre diagnosed. He read really low. Based off that I saw here to decrease dose by 0.25. Now his pmps is the lowest. Should I dose at 2.25 or go lower.

If you mean that his preshot (PMPS) tonight is lower than expected (which it looks like it is) — then you could try a reduced dose. We don’t have any information on your spreadsheet to tell us how low the dose is taking him (nadir) so it’s very hard to make these decisions accurately.
