Good Morning, Everyone,

Rusty is at the lagoon already. This is his first green AMPS in over a month. We'll see where he takes it. He was eating the remainder of his nighttime food when we got up, so I don't think he ate much during the night (after bedtime, that is). This morning we had a good test, good shot, Wellness Chicken for breakfast (a rather small 1st sitting eaten thus far), and now a nap in his little bed by the radiator. It's another dark, dreary day starting out, but we are supposed to have sunshine today. We had a dusting of snow last night, but temperatures are supposed to climb. Today will be a good day to get the Xmas tree. Even though we don't put it up until just before Xmas Eve, we want to have it before they all sell out.

so nice on the dusting of snow... Sounds like it won't last today, if there will be sun and climbing temps. How fun on Christmas tree shopping! :-D :-D :-D Trekking through the snow to get the tree - what a great visual image.

Good morning Ella. Rusty is giving you an early Christmas present with a nice green number to start the day. We never tried the Wellness can food, I think I'll pick some up the next time we're at PetSmart.

We use to put our tree up 2 or 3 days before Christmas when I was a child (160 lbs ago). I remember my dad upset because he wanted a Douglas Fir but they cost $1 a foot. How things change. I hope you have a fun time selecting your tree and that Rusty hasn't viewed the video that Sienne posted. :lol:

Morning guys, nice amps, woo hoo on hitting a green! Getting the tree sounds like fun, we do the artificial now a days which is hopefully going up today! Have fun today and hope Rusty surfs the green all day! Have a great day!

It is a terrific video. Thanks, Sienne! That cat is sure not at all like Rusty! He won't have anything to do with the Xmas tree. He rarely even goes near it. It may have some unpleasant connection with his past.

Nice Rusty!! How fun on the Christmas tree shopping. We, too, have a fake one now, but I sure do miss the smell of a real one.

Hi again,
Lagoonmeister Rusty is surfing along. This has been a great day of numbers--like the Rusty of old. He has enjoyed a few games of "Tube Ball" and several combings, assorted naps, lunch, treats, dinner, and went outside briefly after lunch to survey the bird and squirrel activity (but the warm house was more enticing).

We got a lovely 7-foot Xmas tree for only $20. It will fit into its spot nicely. We also bought wreaths for the doors. We put the wreaths on the doors and put the tree in the little greenhouse extension of the garage. It is way too early for us traditionalists to put the tree up in the house!

Not only one but two green PS in one day! :mrgreen: :mrgreen: :-D :-D Rusty is looking pretty great today.

Nice to get the tree shopping done and great price. We'd like to get ours earlier, but don't really have a place to store it. Like you, ours goes up a little later.
